Romania is a country known for its Dracula roots, but it is far from it. It is a little hidden gem in Eastern Europe. Brasov is in the middle of the Carpathian Mountains, great views of the city and its rooftops from above.

While traveling in Central America, I ended up in Belize, the only English speaking country there. I also found myself a little island relaxation in Caye Caulker.

Boyacá is in the mountains, so its local people wear “ruanas” or as the locals call them “4 puntas” (4 points) to keep warm. Green balconies are very typical in 18th century Spanish colonial Colombian architecture and can be found in many small towns and big cities in Colombia.

Pantano de Vargas, it’s a monument commemorating the battles of the Colombian army fighting for independence from the Spaniards. It is in the department of Boyacá in the central region of Colombia.
